Problems have been nonstop at this property. 1st, was mislead about what units were available. 2nd, issue with contacting anyone at this property. Good luck ever talking to a human. 3rd, a lot of the utilities within the apartment are not tested before move-in. Leading to a lot of headaches for new tenants. 5th, nonexistent management keeps changing codes or making annoying changes without telling residents. 6th, management will close repair requests with no explanation. 7th, elevator sometimes ...
doesn't work since they messed with it and they haven't updated the temporary 6o day permit on it. 8th, hallways are dark and humid, the sensor lights don't stay on long so while waiting for the elevator, you may end up in the dark. 9th, installations within the units are not well done. Sloppy. Existing damages from installation even though this is supposed to be a new place. 10th, Bathrooms have no mirrors. 11th, I could do this all day but I hope this is enough to ward smart people away from this horrible property and its apathetic owners.
