Good for the cost
July 5, 2023Lived here in a studio for a year from 2022-2023. The apartment wasn't the newest or fanciest, but everything worked and maintenance was prompt about fixing things. My neighbors were all pretty quiet and kept to themselves, which was great. Office sometimes took a bit to respond but always did get back to me. The snowplows always arrived pretty soon after a snowfall, even in blizzarding conditions. For me it was a good value for the cost of rent!Review from Apartments.com

June 25, 2020I am very pleased with my overall experience with my apartment and the staff at Fairview. My husband got a promotion and we only had a couple of weeks to find a place before moving. I worked with Samantha and she was amazing! It was such short notice and Samantha went above and beyond for us since we lived 6 hours away and got us exactly what we needed. The stress of getting this place was almost non existent and I am beyond happy with how everything turned out.
