Some what ok. Roach infested. But management and maintenance rocks. They do their best to get things fixed in a timely manner.

These apartments are not well kept...maintenance is done by a man who does poor work so you have to get your leaks or not working a.c. fixed over and over..The roaches are coming out of the walls along with bedbugs.. Can't sleep at night with out being bit by bugs....trash is everywhere out in the lot and no one walks their pitbull dogs on a leash so you have to worry about being attacked or the small dog you have on a leash. These apartments are very small and all a.c. units are old and in bad ...

shape and run all day non stop making lots of noise..Management is nice....but some tenets pay less a month than I who have sane size apartment as I do.
