Not so good anymore

This apartment are well kept. Its usually peaceful but lately there have been a lot of vehicle being broken into. People are dropping off stolen vehicles over here. It seem the landlord doesn't really care about this issues. It has been going on for at least year now. It's becoming a not so pleasant place to live.
