Long term tennant
December 28, 2016We are seniors an have lived here for approximately 8 years,,,There are quite a few long term residents here that love this place as we do. Manager/Owner is very nice an friendly,,, Maintenance is on site an responds to any needs immediately day or night. Any negative reviews are more than likely evicted tenants that caused trouble or did not pay their rent in a timely manner. Our manager does not put up with any bull,, an we love that.... Don't move here!
August 7, 2015This was the worst rental experience of my life. Constant, never-ending repairs. Leaking roof/ceiling worse than what you can imagine. Leasing office is rarely open. Laundry facility is a joke - it's nice to look at, but if you think you'll be able to use it, think again. Most washers and dryers are broken and have been broken for over two years that I am aware of. Parking is a joke. One reserved spot. Less than adequate guest parking - I have one neighbor who has five cars; one in ...reserved spot (broke down, no tags, out of state license) and the other four are in guest spots. Property manager is completely apathetic and unconcerned. You will get tired of calling about needed repairs. I lived in two separate units here. The first unit leaked in the master bedroom every time it sprinkled outside. Unfortunately, the leaking roof didn't stop when the rain did due to the rain water pooling on the roof. What a joke! Property manager is more interested in telling me that "We have the money to pay for it. We just can't find anyone in the area to do the work." LIAR! This went on for over 6 months. Save yourself the headache and stress that goes along with living here. Read the reviews on other sites.
