Unorganized/poor customer service

These apartments are unsafe the gates are always broke, mail box doors are broke, always a new manager in office and they don’t communicate with each other , when you put a work order in it takes maintenance a few days sometimes weeks before anything gets done. Vehicle that’s not working take up parking spaces nothing gets done… theft goes on alot reasoning being cause the gates don’t work and the property cameras don’t either.

I’ve been a tenant for 3 1/2 years and have seen amazing changes with Ashley as manager. She’s awesome! She takes pride in her role as manager, she cares about the upkeep of the property and she cares about the tenants’ satisfaction. Definitely the greatest asset of Fall Creek Square.

Leasing office and staff are the worst!
November 8, 2016
It will take about three request before they get anything done! You have to literally call everyday for them to attend to your request. The staff is so lazy! The only thing they will do is give you step by step instructions to do things by yourself so they do not have to get out of their chair. Also they are so unorganized! They sent me a letter of eviction, saying I had three days to move out. The reason for eviction was past due rent, the only problem was that I had already paid!!! We call the ...
next day to see what the problem was. They said they found the money order and were sorry. Overall the place would be 10x better with an improved leasing office!

RUN! This place is horrible!

This is not a place you want to consider moving to. In fact I would go as far to say RUN THE OTHER WAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN. I should have known something was off when they insisted I sign the lease before letting me actually see the unit. My appointment to see the unit was actually the day before but they cancelled saying the manager was on vacation and I needed to come in the next day instead. When we arrived the man was there alone and said we could go to the apartment after I signed the needed ...
paperwork. When my lease was signed I was given directions to the unit and headed that way. The first thing I noticed when I got out of my car was an overflowing trash bin. I didn't give it much thought at first, thought it might be trash day and the trash man might not have made it there yet. It was then I glanced down and noticed a needle on the ground. Things only got worse from there. I walked around the corner and headed up the stairs to my new apartment. Under the stairwells were mountains of trash. I walked upstairs and entered the apartment and was immediately overwhelmed by a smell that was hard to describe. It was bad. So bad I actually threw up. The smell was almost as if a rat had died in the walls and they tried to cover it up with really bad smelling carpet cleaner. I rented a 4 bedroom unit that claimed to be 1368 square feet. I highly doubt that is the case. In all honestly, it's probably more like 1,000. I know that doesn't sound like a big difference, but still when you are expecting an extra 300 or so square feet, it really does make a difference. In fairness, I admit I didn't actually measure every inch. However I may do that later just to be sure. There is no way that apartment is nearly 1400 square feet. The rooms are all very small. The kitchen was small and an extremely large roach was working it's way through the sink and across the counter. At this point I immediately contacted management to request a refund and cancel my lease. I mean it had been no time at all since I signed it. Big surprise I wasn't able to reach anyone and it's been two days now, still no response. It wasn't as if they had time to file anything. But instead of working with me, they avoided me until they had time to cash my rent check. Trust me when I say, avoid this place. Actually don't just take my word for it. Go visit it for yourself. You'll see everything exactly as I described.
