Improved quite a bit? Not worth.

Have lived here twice. First time it was honestly terrible, it was really infested with mice, and at nights there was a few sketchy people. Most recently, I did see improvements I came back since it was the only complex that had an apartment available asap near me, it was okay. Apartments look great inside, the remodeled ones, but it still has pest problems. The biggest problem was when my apartment started having plumbing problems, the apartment was flooding with raw sewage and they took days to ...
even take it seriously, I had to make a report for them to work on it. We had children living in there and it reeked of raw sewage which was the cause for us to move out, not very healthy living conditions.

Mold, rats, no Ac, fridge will spoil all your food, stove will burn all your pots, nats will accumulate 2 days after moving in, management will lie on you and to your face, if the contractors are working don’t even try to complain they will tell you to your face that they care for the workers more than tenants.

Bed bugs, roaches, mice, stray cats, trash everywhere. Takes forever to get maintenance to fix anything especially if its the emergency maintenance. These reviews are employees. Don't be fooled.
