Very well laid out apartment. Quickly answered emails. Had some issues with the package receiving system. Would be nice to have conceirage in east building. East building guy is pretty small. Love the big windows in the apartments and common areas were always very clean.

Faraday Park is a great community! Very clean! Nice gyms. There are 2. Roof top pool. Multiple common areas, inside and out! The Bozzuto management team is great and plan various community activities! It’s also very pet friendly!

I can't say enough about this wonderful community. Such a dog-friendly place, with the trails and dog park close by. The amenities are great, with access to two gyms in each building, a rooftop pool, and plenty of places to lounge or get work done. Shane always puts together the greatest resident events.

Living at the faraday for 3.5 years now has been great. Only complaint I have is the constant increases on rates however that seems to be across the board. Staff are great and so is location.
