April 9, 2024I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with Fenwick Apartmens. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. Most recently requested to move due to my daughters handicap becoming more progressive. I intend to continue renting from Fenwick for the ...remainder of my years in Jeffersontown, and I strongly recommend their properties to all of the incoming graduate students looking for housing. June 18, 2023Fenwick Place was a great place to live and I highly recommend them for anyone looking to rent in the Louisville area. Cathy, Tim, and the team are warm, engaged, and by far the best apartment management team I’ve dealt with. The park-like grounds and buildings are beautiful, quiet, and well maintained. Neighbors (many long term) were just as nice. The team schedules great community events! Living by myself, safety is always a concern. Great place to live!
February 5, 2023I have just moved back to louisville and was looking for a new apartment. I went a few places before Fenwick and nothing felt like home. As soon as I walked into the office Kathy was so amazing. She was accommodating and made me feel heard. The community is beautiful and feels very safe. I have found the perfect apartment here and am so excited to be a part of this community. Thank you Kathy and team for being so wonderful and caring for my needs. I’d also like to mention that I submitted a ...maintenance request and they were there to fix it that day and also left a hand written note confirming that they had been there and to reach out with any other needs. Look elsewhere very expensive with mandatory renters insurance imposed?
August 5, 2017There are several reasons not to like Fenwick place apartments. for one, their rent is very, very expensive to what you get. These apartments are getting old with hardly any updates. ( 2nd floor apartments are the ones being left behind) The frustrating part now is that the management has imposed a mandatory insurance requirement, if the rent is not high enough to live here, they are imposing a mandatory renters insurance. This reminds me of the Non Affordable Obama care that was imposed onto ...us.. now it is companies that require insurance renters insurance to live in their community.. to me this is absolutely ridiculous.. this should be a option and not a forced thing.. So if you are looking for a affordable place to live with nice updates on the inside.. please look elsewhere.. These apartments are very outdated with hardly any updates what so ever. Another issue is they go through management people very often along with their staff.. very high turnover for sure. again not a place if you dont want allot of rules passed upon you with very high rental rates.. look elsewhere if you want the freedom to choose renters insurance etc.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Great location, not worth the price.
August 16, 2015Apartment is very nice. Quiet and clean neighborhood. Pool is small and there is a tiny workout room. Frequent noise heard from upstairs apartment. For the price there should be higher quality interior and better amenities.Review from Apartments.com
