before I moved out! While I lived there, there were 3 occasions where the upstairs neighbor's plumbing leaked all over my bedroom closet and kitchen cabinets. They came into my apartment without any notice and vacuumed the carpet, but left everything else for me to clean up! The closet grew mold in it, and I had to take care of it myself and the cabinets and everything in them was completely soaked - then they charged me on top of my deposit for them to clean up their own mess. The maintenance guy uses the parking lot to wash his and his friend's cars and work on them, and there was always somebody parked in my assigned parking place. I've walked in to my apartment to find that someone had been inside, without any notice that they had been there! very unprofessional. The keys to the gates outside of the complex rarely work. I literally cleaned up dirty diapers that my neighbors threw onto my back patio - I wish that was an exaggeration. There is not enough parking on site for you to have any guests over. They will abruptly shut off the water to your unit without notice, and it was a roll of the dice whether the hot water was functioning that day. They automatically renew your lease for an entire year if you stay one day longer than a year. There is nothing good about this apartment complex, and you can most certainly do much better. There is nothing I can do to recoup my losses from this complex, I have lost a lot of money. I can help prevent others from making the same mistake BY FAR WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED.
