    It's only gotten more interesting and not in a good way. Over the summer I had carpenter bees burrowing into my window, wasps were invading the same nest and few even got into the home. Nothing was ever done of that and they eventually died for the winter. There's a roach problem here too it seems, massive guys. I'm a very clean person, so they gotta be in the floors and walls. The dog park is always filthy to the point it can't be used, one of the main reasons I chose this complex. Then there's ...
    the never ending draft! No door in this entire apartment is sealed properly, so in this lovely 19 degree weather my downstairs is freezing cold. Almost as cold as it is outside. Ive tried my best to use draft stoppers to help, but unfortunately is not just the bottoms but sides of the doors, too. My back door you actually see the daylight shine through the gaps of the door. Im also currently locked out of my back storage, since the key i was told unlocks it does not. Overall, not very good.

    Awesome. We had to move to a renovated townhome and couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of the work. Had some issues with our air conditioning unit but was resolved in a timely manner. Thank you

    My experience so far since moving in 3 days ago has been a very pleasant one. I am truly enjoying it here! I also love the fact that there is a nice size public park within walking distance.

    This community really makes sure to take care of each other and watch out for each other. It is quiet and I love the closeness to so many places like downtown, Davidson, and Concord.

    We haven't had many issues, except we were told that when an apartment became available that we could move due to our apartment being over the main water line. We have experienced extreme costs in water and sewage bills. Also, there's been a leak in our downstairs bathroom for a while now that has been tacked up, but not repaired.

    Quiet community, very clean.Feel safe in the area. So far I haven't had a problem or seen any at all. Everyone seems to keep themselves to themselves. Trash I collected promptly. All in all so far a good experience
