Buyer beware....you can have no guests park in the apartment lot. None...unless you get a one time pass at the leasing office..when they are open. There is no street parking for many blocks. So unless you want to go get your friend, parent, study partner etc, keep looking for somewhere else to live. Did I mention the predator tow company circles the lot all the time and gladly tows any car without a parking sticker? At $200.00 a pop! Just say no to this company.
