Applicant has the right to provide the property manager or owner with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides the property manager or owner with a PTSR, the property manager or owner is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for the property manager or owner to access or use the PTSR.

January 27, 2026I would not recommend to anyone to come live here. It's considered luxury apartments but it's barely being kept together. The place has flooded 2 times since I been here and before I moved in which no one told me my apartment was flooded also and had black mold. The heating stopped working. 2 times as well. The elevators were out of service for like a week and a half twice since I been here. The garage doors are always broken or not working. The pool is supposed to be heated year round and is ...not. Even in the summer time it's not heated. The hot tub breaks down alot or is too hot rarely does it stay fixed and working for more than a week or 2 at a time. For the amount of what your paying and what your getting here it's completely out of range. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

The building has amazing amenities and is completely pet-friendly, which was a big plus for me. The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help.
