Poor cockroach control
April 3, 2025Our neighbors had gotten cockroaches and the pest control people weren’t on top of it so they spread to our apartment. Refused to spray more than once every two weeks. Became a complete infestation and ruined our couches, found roaches in every room. Made our last few months of staying there hell! Do not live here and expect zero bug problems! November 9, 2020Fisherman's is Home! I have lived here for 8 years and can honestly say I love it. My favorite thing is being surrounded by nature and the river, it is peaceful to watch all the birds and wildlife. My kids love the playground and the nature trails. Great place to live.
November 5, 2020I've lived here for 13 years and have had very few issues. The staff is awesome and respond to emergencies very quickly. The office staff need to work on communication skills for non emergency issues so I'm not wondering whats going on thinking I'm forgotten. Maintenance staff is awesome. Riki is by far the best I've seen living here or anywhere else for that matter. He is very detail orientated and goes the extra mile to be sure work is done to perfection as if it were his own home. Awesome Apartment Property

I have been living here for a little under 6 months and found the maintenance staff to be very receptive and prompt to fit-it items that I may need in my apartment. Old units

Think twice
March 21, 2020DEFINITELY ONE OF THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEXES THAT I HAVE EVER LIVED IN. NEVER SIGN A LEASE W/O BEING ABLE TO DO A FULL WALKTHROUGH OF THE EXACT UNIT YOU ARE MOVING INTO. While the ladies in the office seem genuine & work to get my issues resolved in a timely manner, I have experienced way too issues in the last 4 months. Let’s start with the fact I moved into a half cleaned apartment! From filthy living room blinds to disgusting kitchen cabinet shelves, think layers of dust, & dirty bathroom ...cabinets. There were also several broken items throughout the apartment. Kitchen & bathroom cabinet doors falling apart & looked as if termites had ate away at the bottom. Paint splatters all over the laminate wood floors. It was so bad, they had to send the cleaning lady back & I STILL ENDED UP GOING BEHIND HER TO CLEAN MORE! CLEARLY MANAGEMENT DIDN’T DO A THOROUGH WALKTHROUGH THEMSELVES. Stove had to be replaced because apparently the cleaning company cleaned it with the wrong products, causing the coating to peel off & fall into my food, ruining my Thanksgiving cakes. My A/C has gone out 3x in 4 months! 2 days ago, my guest bathroom toilet decided to flood & leak into the downstairs neighbor apt. GROSS! There’s bugs galore! Gnats, spiders, mosquitoes, roaches, & most recently, I have been seeing BIG RED FIRE ANTS. Yes, this complex is surrounded by trees & the Hillsborough River, so be prepared for bugs to be inside of your apartment! There’s so much more that I could complain about. I have seriously contemplated paying the fees to terminate my lease. ? SO OVER IT. ALSO PARKING SUCKS FOR RESIDENTS & VISITORS!Property Manager Responded

LOVE MY COMMUNITY
