Vivo Living Wilmington was thoughtfully designed with you in mind. Our newly renovated apartments were designed to offer comfort and convenience, while our amenities were crafted to create a a sense of community. Whether you're lounging with friends at the resort-style pool, or sipping coffee in the lobby, each space provides everything you need in an apartment community. Know before you apply: $150 admin fee and $50 per person application fee are NON REFUNDABLE, even upon non-approval. The Gross Monthly income must be at least 2x the monthly rent (additional deposit or cosigner may be requested) Past and current credit history must be satisfactory. All applicants must undergo a criminal history review, a felony conviction or guilty plea will disqualify an applicant.
