If I ever move back to this area, I'd gladly live here again.
July 25, 2025I lived here in 2023-2024, and the manager Nicole and the rest of the staff were friendly, helpful, and seemed like genuinely good people. I have never had such a positive experience with apartment management and staff. The place always looked clean and well maintained when I lived there. For the high quality of the place, the rent was reasonably priced compared to other options. I moved out of state, otherwise I would have renewed my lease here.Property Manager Responded

May 5, 2025I love living here. I moved in a couple of months ago and have had no issues that weren’t resolved day of! Maintenance and the property manager are both so caring and efficient. They are both great communicators and kind to the residents. The property is also so nice. The units are clean and updated with so many nice features. I think I'm gonna like living at the Flats at Neill Park
April 12, 2022Danielle has been very accommodating with several showings to me and my family. It was a little hard to envision what the building would look like before it was finished. However, Danielle was able to give us plenty of details. We greatly appreciate her patience. She has responded back quickly to our texts about the size dimensions of the property so we could figure out if our furniture would fit. If the people living in the building are half as nice as Danielle this will be a wonderful and kind ...place to live. I'm looking forward to the move. PS.
