Horrible management

My car was broken into , I tried talking to management about my safety concerns and she did absolutely nothing to help me as the manager, instead I received a non renewal letter even after receiving a letter to renew , I don’t recommend staying here. The prices are outrageous, and the apartments are cheaply renovated. Also, she sends a lot of chastising messages to the residents , as if we are her children.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT

I would never move back to this place, even if someone paid me. They left mold on our apartment ceiling for weeks and then when they came and cleaned it they left dirt all over the ceiling and walls. When we moved out they did not schedule a walk through with us but took our contact information. They NEVER called us to do a walk through. They never called us to say we owed any money. They just sent this debt straight to collections and screwed us. The collection agency they are partnered with is ...

This was my first apartment! I'm a student at Mcneese (student discounts are available) and this is perfect for what I need. I was able to make this my home! The staff is extremely nice and helpful and the maintenence men can fix anything!!!

Love the Apartment, but......

Crime has become bad. My vehicle was broken into 3 times in 6 months and my tires slashed. I had over $4000 in stolen equipment and damages by time I moved out.

Management is always so nice to my fiancé and I. Could use a bigger kitchen but I really like living here. However it's a struggle from month to month trying to get all bills paid. This would help us out so much so we could finally get back on our feet!

I love it!! The staff is friendly. Our neighbors are friendly. If I HAD to complain about anything it would be I want a bigger kitchen since I just started really cooking..and a little more storage space for the pots and whatnot..but other than that I'm happy :)
