  • Moved out after the takeover

    The new owners decided to raise the rent on us when our lease ended, offering a mere 4 month, 1 weeks lease since that was “all that was available.” They wanted our apartment, which had washer/dryer connections, to be $110 more than we were paying. Considering the roof was attempting to cave in, and sagging in a few rooms, and there was mold in the ceiling and the ac didn’t work, it didn’t appear to be worth it. If at all possible, I would not recommend you live here unless you literally have no ...

  • DONT MOVE HERE !!!!!

    The amount of room for the price is GREAT ! The maintenance is very lazy they sits in there vehicle and smoke and look for hours instead of fixing something . When u make a work order they probably don’t come until a week later . Let’s not forget it’s very nasty over here the kids throw trash bags full of trash in front of ur apartment the grounds are always nasty full of trash . The new property manager she is very rude and unprofessional she always on the phone and never gets nothing done . ...
    During the summer it’s the pool always packed with lots of people out there smoking weed . The plumbing is bad your apartment could flood every month and no they will not fix nothing . Most of the apartments are bed bug infested. I didn’t wanna give it a star but that’s the only way I can leave a review . DONT waste your money go somewhere else . The Ac in the units don’t get as cold so it’s pulling your electric bill . Nast apartment! And they had the audacity to go up on rent . Long as I’m living I will never rent here again . I would stay in a before I live here again . You have people in the wash room having a dice game . Just worst place we could ever rent from .

    I went to tour the model apartment. The property has trash EVERYWHERE. The model apartment is next to a unit that had bags of trash outside and blocking the stairs and right in front of the model unit. We walked in the model, with cloth masks on, and was immediately hit with smell of cigarette smoke. The kitchen sink had backed up and was left to sit. One of the bedrooms had roaches. The carpet is coming up. The patio had a huge wasp nest. If this is supposed to represent the property, I’ll keep ...

    I have lived here for 1-1/2 years. This is a nice, clean apartment. Management is friendly. Maintenance is prompt and courteous. Well-lit and well-kept grounds. Security onsite. I have felt safe at all times. Some traffic noise from Youree, but not bothersome, IMO. You can find cheaper and you can find more fancy, but you would be hard-pressed to find the space and quality for the price in this area. I am moving because of life changes, but would gladly rent here again if I were to ...

  • Horrible property management

    October 11, 2017
    Lived here for 6yrs.. On 10/09/17 discovered we had bed bug a month after they acknowledged via mass text that there was infested furniture at the dumpster and that another resident took and now they won't resolve our issue. Their response to making any repairs is a week or more.

The message sent through our community messenger the month before you reported the problem was to inform our residents of the report we received. As for maintenance response to work orders, we work in a timely manner & repair according to priority. Again, we apologize for any inconveniences you may have been caused for work order repairs.

    I can't say enough good things about this community! The location is perfect, close to my work, easy access to major roads, and everything is nearby. My apartment is spacious, and when I moved in it was one of the cleanest apartments I've ever moved in to! Most importantly, you don't hear ANYTHING at night! It's always so peaceful to come home from work and not have to deal with any loud neighbors or craziness going on in the parking lot. On top of all that, it's SO cheap compared to other ...

THE PROPERTY MANAGER & LEASING AGENT ARE VERY GOOD ABOUT LISTENING TO ANY COMPLAINTS OR NEEDS & RESPOND TIMELY TO MAINTENANCE CALLS AT ANY HOUR 7 DAYS A WEEK.     Don't live here! Worst apartments ever! Maintenance sucks, and don't know how to fix stuff properly, mostly makes matters worse. Most of the time they ignore the issues. They always have a/c issues and can never get them fixed! You'd be better off living elsewhere. Overpriced for what they are worth.
