Brookside apartments and townhomes
August 19, 2015Out of a 10 I would probably rate this place a 5 previous downstairs neighbor was crazy and had a crazy son who threatened to physically hurt me over a citronella torch that he said hurt his asthma though he was a chain smoker if I ever did see one. Called the police and the landlord and both did nothing! He was not a leaseholder but just a convict with an additude problem/tanning issue. Now I have another neighbor who believes that passive aggressive notes in the hallway about lights that are ...not on his bill and the need to slam the common door at all hours while having his daughter come in screaming for her daddy. As much as I don't like the neighbors this place is close to my work. And reasonably priced for what you get. Oh and matience sucks.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
