Over priced
November 1, 2020Being an actual student rooming renter the 120 Flint Road lower first unit close to the entrance have gatherings on regular and on Halloween the guys were loud using profanity and overcrowded parking lot on the 100 side at times people just staying over and there's no checks and balances to see who really should be on the grounds, garbage, recycling pick up needs attention, etc. The owner is nice but dropped the ball far as this being luxury its not especially tenant wise. These should be looked ...at as college dorms a lot of students that parents pay the rent without supervision.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
