March 13, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comWas told I could have a pet if I paid a fee, saw many other neighbors with pets, and then I was told I could no longer have my pet. My pet was not causing any issues or disturbances and it was very upsetting to me that I moved in expecting I could have my little kitty with me. The apartments are old, but it's in an awesome area and you're close to an abundance of things along with the University Of Utah. There's also a grocery store right across the street. I would have fully enjoyed living here ...if it wasn't for the pet issue.Read More

August 25, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comLarge, cheap apartments close to the University of Utah. Street is busy, but is easily accessible to Sugarhouse and I-80. The apartments are old but charming. One covered spot and plenty of guest parking street parking. Kitchen is tiny. The buildings can definitely use a facelift. Carpet, walls, and ceiling are outdated. Few amenities (only one washer and one driver per unit, no pool or rec room, etc.) The apartments are very affordable for there size. Not a very lively area. It's nice living ...here, but I don't think I could for an extended period of time, especially with the unnecessary amount of construction going on this summer (that ISN'T fixing anything that needs to be fixed, just the roof.) Overall, I would give it an okay rating.Read More
