Terrible, Don't make the mistake
March 19, 2021I had a horrible experience living here. They tack on a ton of fees and bills each month, so the rent you THINK you are going to pay is way less than the actual bill. During the first month of moving in, I had cockroaches...bed bugs...loud neighbors...criminal activity in the area (literally a shootout in the courtyard between cops and a carjacker)...poor landlord management. The apartment was dirty, the windows are ancient and drafty so expect HUGE energy bills. Laundry is in a different ...building. I could not have hated this place more.Property Manager Responded

Wonderful community
August 20, 2020Forest Cove Apartments and community is a beautifully landscaped and perfectly located apt complex in the Hampden Heights area of Denver adjacent to Hampden Hieghts Park which feeds walking/bicycling paths to all areas of Denver metro and beyond. Couldn't be more convenient or enjoyable an area to live in and call home. The apts here at Forest Cove are very large with very cool features including breakfast nooks & large patios. Theres a new sparkling pool and pool area to go along with the plush, ...perfectly landscaped grounds which are kept spotless and trash free at all times. I've been a resident here twice now, first for 5 years and now for 7. The management and maintenance team are second to none and put the tenants first and provide numerous fun monthly perks such as ice cream giveaways where they actually drive throughout the complex like an use cream truck to giveaway ice cream, fre bagels & coffee, free doughnuts, pizza and other goodies in the office and they really enjoy doing it as they really care about the tenants. Wouldn't want to live anywhere else in the metro area. Living at Forest Cove is a home run!!Property Manager Responded

Horrible community
November 17, 2019Don’t rent here. It’s sickening. They never answer, or return calls. Don’t give rental references at all. such a hassle. They have rats in the spring time, homeless people sleeping in halls during winter, no lights in the lots, half done remodel, loud neighbors during ALL hours, never could sleep, not enough parking spots per units, laundry isn’t even in your same building, pool was closed passed few years, nobody is ever in the office, emails back or returns calls. Good luck if you apply here. ...You’ll soon regret it , nobody will take over your lease cuz it’s not worth the price for such a bad unit. January 24, 2020Thank you for your repose and we are saddened to hear that your stay here was not as you hoped. We do our best to maintain our property. As of the homeless sleeping in the hallways, we have 24 hour protective security patrol that is on foot and drives around and has removed anyone homeless in the common areas. It has become much better. The remodels come with new appliances, flooring, cabinets, counter tops, paint, and carpet in the bedrooms. All hardware is changed out as well. If there was a problem with your unit, we would of loved the opportunity to sit with you and discuss the issues, but we did not hear from you until we read this review.
