water in my apartment

I woke around 2 in the afternoon to find my apartment filled with water... all my things when you walk in was wet I opened my door to find that my whole patio was also flooded I tried to open the gate to the from of my apartment to find out I was blocked in my a pine tree that feel down there is water everywhere.. I'm so upset to wake up to this. the office was already closed and they have no other number for problems like these.. now I have to wait till Monday and Saturday afternoon.

lived here for about 4 months or so and I keep having problems first my car got towed where I had to pay 230 dollars to get it out then the lady that cleans was using my electricity and then ppl dont watch there kids and let there kids do whatever they want and my clothes was thrown to the floor when I was washing the lady in the front was rude to me and the property manager did not care when my car was taken it was my first week living in the apartment when I got towed and they have no parking I was struggling for parking for about a month having to park super far if i could give them no starts i would!
