Used to be decent, not great, has consistently gone downhill.

Water heater broke 3 days ago, maintenance lied said they fixed it but 2 days later still no hot water. Trash always piling up. Loud neighbors. Overpriced. No physical address to go and speak to management anymore because they sold Rivers Edge Landing and mgr never answers emails anymore and no idea who the manager even is now.
