I love the space but it was not cleaned well AT ALL. staff is amazing helpfull and friendly. Property is well maintained. As well as community areas. Shopping carts available for big loads. But are never all in the correct area.

I absolutely love Forest Place Apartments. Been here for 2 years. No one bothers anyone, and the property manager Sarah is the best. The underground parking, the courtyard, and the wooden floors are my favorite features.

I do enjoy living at this apartment. The people living here are very friendly. It seems like the outside of the building is always being touched up. The front lawn is beautiful. I just feel that the inside of our apartments could be remodeled. I have lived here for almost 10 years and my apartment still looks the same. It seems like when someone moves out then it gets remodeled but my apartment does not look like the pictures online. The rent continues to go up and I think it is used just for the ...
