Don’t get a bottom apartment

Does not recommend Forest Hill Apartments at first things were going. management cares less about as renters it’s all about business and several occasions and nice cars from the rent money and they don’t do anything after several complaints and several hotel nights spent. my only solution to avoid having to hear the upstairs apartment is to blast my music so that I won’t have to hear the TV private conversations along with the foot stomping.

Good place to live

Maintenance was always responsive and nice. Office staff was friendly, but seemed to change a lot. Lived her for a bit more than a year and would totally recommend this as a good place to live. Really close to downtown, so if you like to go out but not have to pay crazy prices, Forest Pointe was AWESOME.

Forest Pointe- A place that is worth your money

Forest Pointe is a very nice apartment complex, their rent is a bit expensive, but it is actually in a quiet place and a little separated from the surroundings. Management is quick to respond to your needs and is always friendly. Maintenance is always available and the place feels pretty safe.
