Love my apartment

Beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico, my 2/2 is the largest that I could find on the island 1,340 sf. Maintenance staff have been wonderful and the manager and assistant manager are just wonderful and very tentative. Love my island home

Would not have moved in if i knew what i know now!

Heat/ AC does not work right office staff willingly put me in their knowing it does not work right. When you complain then office staff management treats you very rude. Have been a tenant for only 3 months and so much has gone wrong they've had to replace locks they were old and rusty, new toilet water kept running tried to give me a screen for patio but broke first day and still just laying outside never fixed it. Complained to office staff and manager of property that I have to call office ...

staff to switch my heat or ac on every time in mid day it will just cut off. When I have asked nicely office staff to switch they have been very rude and inconsiderate of tenants issue's. The location and square feet are amazing the biggest on island but for price not worth all the maintance more like no heat or ac issue. I would not have moved in if I knew this issue and they continue to let people move in knowing a lot of the apartments have the same issue which other tenants have told me.
