September 19, 2024Staff and residents are all friendly. Many community activities every week. Our apartment overlooks a pond. Every year we have geese, mallards, and occasionally deer. Walking distance to HyVee, A couple miles to Costco, Target, Walmart, Sam's. Great underground parking available.Review from Apartments.com
This is an excellent place for seniors
September 18, 2024I have been here a year, moving back to Rochester from Florida. Never rented before, it has been an excellent experience. Turns out there are many here like me who feel the same way. At this time of life, it is a lot easier way of living, that too seems to be the consensus.
