Worst rental experience of my life
November 23, 2023Extremely poor management. Claims smoke free property and units (total BS). My child now has asthma from the 24/7 smokers next door that smoked in their bathroom (shared vent). Management did absolutely nothing about it. Every piece of property I own had to be thrown out due to smelling like cigarette smoke. Not to mention I had 3 major maintence issues within the first 30 days, including a flood (on the 3rd floor). Longest and worst 6 months of my life. This place needs to be condemned.Property Manager Responded

Very poor conditions
December 27, 2017The worst place I have ever rented. Management does not fix problems. Plumbing backs up and floods the entire lower level with sewage water. Tenants are expected to stay living in the filth. This has happened 5 times in the year that I leased. So happy to be out of the dump.Property Manager Responded

Fideo Friendly!
July 24, 2015Completely remodeled and very pet friendly! Love our new place. Plenty of room for the two of us, our dog, cat, fish and new addition crab. Neighbors are nice and considerate, neighborhood is quiet and well kept. Close to both downtowns the location is excellent!Property Manager Responded
