The grounds & buildings are well taken care of; my apartment was beautifully renovated before I moved in with new flooring, carpet and appliances; there are lots of amenities & activities offered. Years priior I lived at Fountainglen @ Pasadena, living there it offered downtown Pasadena. My first time walking through the doors here was so impressing, the pool, the activities and shopping close by

My experience,in the beginning was somewhat pleasant,but there has been so many changes with management.The rental increases are outrageous.These complexes are not seniors on a fixed income,there is definitely no consideration given,in regards to this matter.
