Best kept with the 20 neighbors

There's a total of about 30 apartments and we're tucked away nicely from Wilshire. Right behind our complex is a retirement community, which makes it extremely quiet. Neighbors are just as quiet and usually stand out on their patio after work, so the kids are out to play with a lovely view of the sunset. One of the tenants actually takes care of the the whole complex, outside daily doing either repairs or maintenance keeping the place 5 stars. The landlords are prompt on just about any request ...
and live in town. Couldn't have asked for a better place to live.
