Terrible Maintenance and Mold
April 30, 2024The leasing management have terrible communication and do not handle any maintenance issues. My bathroom ceiling has been leaking since October and it is now April 30th and not only is it leaking but now it has mold. My living room and kitchen also has a leak and has caused my fuse box to blow. Nobody has yet to come fix it and I keep getting ignored but when I told them I’m not renewing my lease and I am putting my 60 days notice in then they respond asking will my rent be completely paid.
