Little Gilmore apartments

This building is located fairly close enough to an important intersection ( victory/lankershim). The front of the building is lush in greenery but the wall paint is unappealing.
There were mulberry trees growing inside the walkways of the building but they've been cut down, so have the flowers on the fence.
The apartments are your basic or standard living spaces, although unlike other buildings, the quietness and mutual respect between tenants makes the places tranquil, nice after a day of ...

The pipe systems are old so there have been water leaks; however, statewide enterprises recently bought the building and plan to fix all water problems (to conserve water and help the environment). There are no pests or bugs but the pool has been out of order for years.
Really is an amazing building!!!!
