Clean I like it here,2yrs already, I have one problem,we need some kind of camera or lighting, someone hit my car and there’s nothing I can do about it,because my dash cam was covered in snow, I just wish there was some kind of security camera, not nice other than that I was thinking staying for one more year

Do not move here. They charge to pay your rent. No free way to pay. People leave trash all over the place. They leave their garbage outside doors. It was nice but since new mgt has taken over it is not worth it. There is no grace period for rent and did I say they charge you to process a check, money order ,bank card etc. They charge as much as 15 dollars. I wonder if they take cash. I hate this place.

I moved here a year ago and it was quiet nice. Since then it has went down hill. The first incident someone went around and smeared handprints of something all over random cars. The office said they filed a report and put in a request for cameras that have not been put up yet. I went to move and our truck was broke into. The window smashed and bed cover sliced to pieces. THERE IS NO SECURITY AT THIS PLACE!!!!

This place has really gone downhill within the past year of us living here. First off, there's always trash and litter all over the property. There are always garbage bags sitting outside of the trash compressor. At least a few times a month, we lose water pressure and they have yet to let us know what is going on or figure out a solution. The pool water is never clean and lately has turned green. Maintenance has showed up unannounced because management did not provide us with a notice that they ...

We have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath and we absolutely love the layout. There is so much storage which we definitely did not have at our last apartment. The amenities are great to have. Excellent price point and right in the heart of Hilliard!
