You can get fined 50-100 dollars for little things like slanted blinds, which must be white or you'll be fined, leaving trash outside your door, not putting trash in the dumpster even if its overflowing with garbage or the openings are closed. Wasps are frequent in the summer, and they never get rid of them, the pool is always dirty. The tennis court is broke, the lights don't work so you can't play at night, and the net is perpendicular to the sun so one person's eyes are always burning.

It was not a bad place to live until the HOA got a new manager. They must be lacking funds because they will fine you for the smallest things. A lady in the next building got fined $50 for leaving their trash by the front door less than a day. She puts it out in the evening and their kids take to the dumpster when they go to the bus in the morning. They threatened to fine another neighbor for having chairs by their front door because it's "blocking the way". This sort of thing would be tolerable ...
if they maintained the grounds. The most they do is basic landscaping. My building had half a dozen wasp nests for months before it was taken care of and only after many phone calls by my neighbor and I. And the lake is still not fixed after being damaged by Hurricane Matthew
