Nice apartments
December 30, 2016I visit a friend here all the time. I love her kitchen and sometimes wish I could sell my house and live here! I'm sick of yard work. I met the manager lady in the hallway last time. She was so nice, even though she did ask me who I was visiting, I let her know and she said ah! well enjoy your visit! And let me know that she had an apartment becoming available for me. Perfect!
November 11, 2016I am so excited to move in next month. It was very easy renting, the process took only one day, I signed my lease the next day! I have two weeks until I move in. I am excited for NO MORE CARPET! the bedroom has carpet but that is actually OK with me. The kitchen is to die for with granite and everything! I can pay my rent online and I even got a $10.00 gift card to target for signing up for auto pay! The buildings were cleaner than any others I visited and smelled awesome. I know I made the right ...choice. Clean, quiet place to call home
November 11, 2016Living at Garden Gates has got better and better. We love our apartment, our neighbors and are very happy with our choice. Just signed our second lease! We love how convenient it is to get to work and shopping. It feels like it is ten minutes to get anywhere in the cities! Our child is starting school this year and school is close by. Happy with my choice
November 8, 2016It was a breeze renting online, my apartment is just as cute as the pictures on the website. M.J. is great to work with, she made the rental process super easy. I broke my bathroom light the day I moved in, she didn't make me feel bad, called the maintenance man over and he came with a new one right then! Can you say teamwork? They joked and laughed as she held it up for him. They seem to be prepared for anything that comes up. I can tell they both like their jobs. This place is like nowhere else ...I have ever rented. Attitude is what makes all the difference. My last apartment manager was kind of a bummer. I can tell that won't be the case here. Like living here
October 26, 2016Lived here for many years never seen it look better. Something always being fixed up or re-done now. The office girl works hard and calls me right back every time. She gave me a new garage remote, now I dont have to get out of my car anymore to open garage its good.
