Love living here
August 26, 2019I love living at Garden Grove! It is quiet and well taken care of in my opinion & a lot of the residents are very friendly. The property Manager is very nice & easy to communicate with via phone, in person or email which is nice since sometimes it's not convenient or possible to be on the phone during business hours. I have needed to request some maintenance items (none of which were serious or urgent) yet they were all addressed within a couple of days. Great place for the price
August 5, 2015I have had a great experience living here for the past year and a half. The apartment was clean and very roomy for my first one bedroom. The neighbors are respectful and keep to themselves; but are still quite friendly when passing by. It is fairly quiet here except for the general concern of living on Old Highway 8 and having to hear the semi traffic at all hours of the day. Another concern is that I live above the boiler room; therefore, the apartment can get significantly humid during ...all months of the year. Finally, maintenance is sub-par but they are very responsive to fix even minor concerns. Overall, I think this is an excellent place to stay for the price of rent.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
