This cozy two-bedroom, one-bath condo is located at the corner of 53rd (SR70) and 26th St. West in Bradenton. Located on the second floor, this very spacious condo has a separate living room, dining room, and a screened lanai overlooking a plush courtyard. The carpet has been replaced with tiles. It includes an outside storage closet and 960 square feet of living space. Washer and dryer in the unit. Water, sewer, trash and pest control are included. One pet is welcome, per HOA guidelines. Centrally located and just blocks from the State College of Florida, Garden Walk has all the amenities you need! A large sparkling community pool, a spacious and nicely decorated clubhouse with a full kitchen and a well-appointed gym! There are outdoor picnic areas on the grounds, and the clubhouse overlooks a beautiful lake. Water will be billed-back with rent at $62 per month. Sorry, the owner of this property does not accept government housing voucher programs. To move-in: $50 application fee PER tenant 18+ years of age. $150 HOA application fee per person or married couple. HOA is very strict about felonies. First month's rent. Security (Starts at 2 month's rent, but is dependent on a credit/background screening). Move-in service program ($150). People take parking stickers off (tape it inside car.) They charge to rekey the apt $99 and carpet cleaning $200 when you move (it's in the lease). A big thing is all the windows leak when there is a bad rain in almost all units!! You next to a school!!!!!! Aka football games and school dances! Other than that it's an okay place.

I currently live in a 2 bed room 1 bath apartment on the second floor, next to the busy street of 26th st w. Gardenwalk is an old building with thin walls and thin floors. Constanlty ive had complaints from the downstairs neighbors of my son running in the house. Life is about living comfortably and not having to tell your child to be u
Quite when he walks..i feel i am walking on egg shells myself for i walk on my tippy toes. I don not recommend this apartment to anybody .
