About Gardens at South Bay
** CALL FOR AVAILABILITY** Conveniently located minutes from downtown, MacDill AFB, schools, and major highways. We offer 1,2,3, and 4 bedroom apartment homes. Each home is fully equipped with washer/dryer connections, ceiling fans, exterior storage units (select units), patios, balconies, and much much more!! Part of our units are affordable, part are market rate. See income restrictions for our affordable units. Minimum income requirement for all units are 2.5x the monthly rent and we do have minimum income requirements based on number of bedrooms for our affordable units. Deposits are between $300 and one month's rent, depending on background check. Please contact us for additional requirements and other details.

Horrible place to live

This property is not a great place to live, the management on this property is very unprofessional. It has been sold and purchased several times and therefore the rules about things keep changing. they treat their tenants like trash and no one is on the same page. i would not recommend this property to anyone ever!

There’s construction everywhere. Poor administration. Poor living condition for the last4 years or more people been complaining about mold on their units windows. Very poor Maintenance staff.

Wow what a view! After working a long day relax in our great pool or walk along the pond and feed the ducks. Your lovely home has three large bedrooms with two baths. The best part of your home is that every room has a walk-in closet, a large kitchen and living room. Stand on your private patio and watch the sunset or rise which ever you like. With a great office staff and maintenance crew you never want to leave home!
