Slowly making progress, but still bad
August 28, 2019Went a whole year with only a window unit, the walls are layered in paint and it's a really bad paint job, found bugs in my refrigerator, has a major bed bug and mouse problem, washing machines dont work half the time, and the air ducts are badly molded. Been here two years, and the rent goes up drastically. Currently looking to move out of this hell hole.Review from Apartments.com
No maintenance but I paid on time
October 26, 2017Please be aware that if you move here you will have so many issues. My husband my husband and I have never been late paying the rent. Yet we have never had a working tub or a sink. Not to mention we were flooded out in the apartment last week for four days straight and no maintenance could get to us to fix the leaking AC. We have been having a problem with the AC for a whole year but all the maintenance quit because they're just one and it's too much. After calling days and days and days trying ...to get someone to come and help us with the water leaking everywhere in the living room, finally someone can come and fix it but I wasn't home and they didn't have the key. Even though management did help my ex-husband get in the house when I got in the car accident I do appreciate that and that's why they didn't have the key. Before that all the other days we were flooded out before why didn't no one come? The whole reason why I went and got somewhere else to stay is because they will not come and fix anything. And one year if a maintenance person will come and try to fix something it still didn't ever get fixed. We have been injured so many times due to water been on the floor. So I will be taking this apartment complex to court to get that $850 off of my record because they have neglected to fulfill their obligations in the contract. Also heads up there is a lot of potheads out here and people party at night in the parking lot and there is a lot of break-ins police is always here. please do not bring your family out here to this apartment complex.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
