August 3, 2015I have been living in this building for over a year and i must say it is FANTASTIC! One of the newest, if not the newest apartment building in the city.Very clean and secured building,On site laundry with a beautiful lounge area to sit and wait for your clothes to be clean. Parking space's are available.My apartment itself is the best with all new appliances and central air to keep you cool or warm throughout the year. The building is within blocks of the Community College and wonderful ...restaurants and bars all located in the downtown area of The Park City.Not to mention within minutes you are also next to the Metro North Train Station if you want to take a trip to the city that never sleeps.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
