Horrible customer service and treatment

Every time I called to ask a question they tried to get me off the phone as fast as possible. After calling a few times over the course of a week, Pedro (someone in the office), asked why I was wasting his time and if I have a job.He then rudely hung up on me in the middle of my trying to give him business! I had legitimate questions and was willing to commit to the place and pay ahead of time without even seeing it yet was turned away. I don't know what they care about at Vine Street Apartments ...

but it certainly isn't their customers / potential customers.
