REFUSES TO FIX AC 90 degrees inside apartment

It’s been over a year since we put in a request to fix AC and all they have done is drop off a SMALL portable AC unit that does nothing. It has been 90 degrees Fahrenheit inside the apartment all month. Considering taking legal action

I stopped by this property a few days ago, & I was truly excited to see that I found everything I was looking for here within my budget in the Houston area, but a lot of places were very expensive & did not have that small community feeling.
