  • Literally the worst place to live

    February 18, 2024
    Management is not responsive, plumbing in the building is poor, packages consistently get stolen, and maintenance staff does the bare minimum. I'm surprised this place is still in business. DO NOT LEASE HERE. There are so many issues on a regular basis, so I would encourage anyone looking for a new place to look elsewhere. Living here has been so stressful and disappointing.

  • LOVE IT!!!!

    I have been at The Gatsby since July 1, 2022, and Im excited about renewing my lease here. Well actually I will be transferring into one of there 2 bedrooms soon. The staff overall is great, but when you have a property manager (Catherine) that is always available, very knowledgeable and committed to tenants safety and clean lifestyle. It no wonder why I am upgrading and looking no further. Lesly is so committed and does everything with a smile from little request to making paperwork a ...
    seamless process. The community is always having give- a -ways and community drop in events. My work schedule does not allow me to attend but knowing that their is great coffee, doggy treats, and sometimes pizza, donuts, cupcakes, any given day puts the icing on the cake. If you are looking for a safe spacious community with amazing staff! check them out ask for Lesly or Catherine.

  • Pleasant

    Lengthy application/approval process, but the unit and grounds are well kept. Lacey S was wonderful, things were a bit shaky at first but the process went through perfectly. Staff is accommodating and knowledgeable. Parking is ample and spaced well. Trash chute is full quite often but addressed once mgmt is notified. Units are large and walkin in shower/tub combo are superb. Overall pleasant.

    Unlike the monopoly game you may land on Go or you might pass Go. I pray you pass this place and look so where else. Believe the reviews. The 5 star reviews are coming from friends of the management team because no one in their right mind would give this place anything more than a star.

  • Not Worth It

    Terrible management. None of the employees live on site so it’s hard when you have a problem, like a overflowing sink. They lack in communication in every aspect of dealing with an apartment. I know at least 2 people there who are also not going to be renewing their lease. Until management changes, this place is not worth your time or money. Yeah it looks cute, but there are too many problems for that cute to cover it all.

    Stay clear of the expensive rent for low key management. They will not help with issues or address any concerns you have. Especially when all 4 of my car tires were SLASHED in a gated parking garage.
