WE ARE NOT A LARGE CORPORATE ENTITY BUT A SMALL LOCALLY OWNED BUSINESS. THE RENTAL UNITS ARE OF VARIOUS SIZES AND SIMILAR FLOOR PLANS. ALL APPLIANCES (A/C, STOVE, REFRIGERATOR) ARE INCLUDED. ALL UNITS HAVE WASHERS AND DRYERS "WITHIN" EACH UNIT. ALL UTILITIES (GAS, ELECTRIC, WATER) ARE TENANT'S RESPONSIBILITY. THE TRASH SERVICE IS INCLUDED. ALL UNITS ARE PREPARED AND DELIVERED TO TENANTS IN ACCEPTABLE CONDITION. WE HAVE 1, 2, 3, BEDROOM UNITS AVAILABLE FROM TIME TO TIME. IT IS A "SMOKE FREE" PROPERTY.
