Good rent price for the location
October 16, 2016We've lived here for almost 5 months now and we're happy so far. The property manager is very friendly and deals with any issues immediately. The grounds are kept up and they have a decent pool to use during the summer months. The location is what we really like- we have a 5 year old and we're really close to his elementary school, within a walking distance to a playground. This is a very family and dog friendly complex.. no major issues with all the dogs here except sometimes people forget to ...clean up after their dogs. Also, the master bedroom is enormous! Everyone gets a storage room located in the basement, which is the same size as the master! Good for us, because we were paying for a storage space before moving here. We're also very close to downtown Geneva! And the amount we pay for rent is way less then anything around here($200-$300 less)..Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
