Today is a day with mixed emotions. For health reasons, I must leave my second floor apartment at Georgetown Park Apartments. I absolutely love this place. I am 75 and have lived in multiple States and various complexes. This, by far, is the best senior living complex in the tri-county area of the Finger Lakes region . No nonsense tolerated and well managed. The office staff are experienced and the right combination of being personable as well as authoritative. It is their job function to keep ...
the place running smoothly, and they do it well. Additionally, the DBI management do everything possible to stay on top of issues that need attention or repairs. Well kept grounds. Pool and fitness ctr. Activities too. The Landscaping alone creates a warm and inviting presence. But the sign at the entrance to this beautiful space says it all: "We love our residents". Any senior citizen who's looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to live at a reasonable price in today's economy MUST check out Georgetown Park Apartments in Rochester NY. I will surely miss it.

Where do I start? First, the management, they are great. Tina is extremely efficient and on top of everything. What she doesn’t take care of Justin does. They do an awesome job and are helpful and kind!! They really care a lot about the residence on the property and are very conscious of the fact that they are seniors.
As for the property, the buildings were built 30+ years ago but they maintained them well. The snow barely hits the ground before they shovel and plow. They clean the hallways ...
on a regular basis. We love that there are laundry rooms on each floor and they are huge with nice folding tables. The garbage is in a room in each building and they pick it up twice a week. If maintenance is needed, they respond immediately. And their employees are very nice.
My husband used the fitness center daily, which he really loves. They have a great pool that we cannot wait to use this summer. If you want to get a massage or hair or nails done they have those options on the property too.
We are really happy to be in Georgetown Park Apartments. It took awhile for an opening but worth waiting for!!
In our opinion Tina and Justin work hard to maintain the property well.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy, my elderly parents live at this dump. We told the disrespectful VP and receptionist and both yelled and screamed on numerous occasions and it has been ALMOST TWO MONTHS AND THEY STILL HAVE BED BUGS!!! WE TOLD THEM IT WAS THE TENANTS ABOVE THEM AND THEY HAVEN'T DONE A THING ABOUT EXTERMINATING THE REST OF THE APARTMENTS ALL AROUND THEM!!
THIS PLACE IS COMPLETE DISGUSTING TRASH!

After searching through many ads on line and other sources for an apartment for 55 my wife and I came upon Georgetown Park senior apartments in Greece,New York. We have lived here since May of 2015 and are truly pleased with our apartment. The community is wonderful,the residence are super nice and management has been more than asked for. They are very helpful and are quick to respond to the needs of the tenants. Lots of community activities. A real fun place to live.We made a great choice.

Georgetown Park Apartments for 55 and over are the best apartments for seniors in the town of Greece. Park like grounds with a putting green, pool and exercise room. You never have to go outside if you choose not to. Mailboxes are in vestibule of your apartment for your safety so no slipping on ice and snow in winter or wet in the rain. Laundry and trash room right around the corner from your door and you never have to leave your apartment for items you stored as storage is in your own ...

evey week ther is activiteis to do if u r interested and the pool in the summer
