I have been a resident of Gilman Square for over 5 years now. I continue to be pleased with the management team and maintenance crew. Communication with this community by management has been excellent. They continue to maintain the property to a high level. That includes building maintenance such as painting, insulating, cleaning gutters & roofs, and landscaping. So I plan to renew my lease in 2025.
