They couldn't pay me to live here anymore
August 30, 2022The former management of this complex ran it into the ground and as a result, Glenn East should be the last place in Tucson anyone should consider living. It's been home of drug deal operations, chop-shop car activity, and is constantly littered with trash. The laundry "facility" is laughable as the machines are consistently broken or the room itself has been broken into. The new management needs to have a 24/7 presence on the property to create a change in the atmosphere here, but the best ...you'll get is a security guard doing 1 (yes, one!) drive-by at night to ensure the place is quiet. Do yourself a favor and skip this place unless Habilitation Realty acts like managing this property means something to them beyond another cash-grab acquisition. You'll have more peace and quiet living under a park bench and would probably feel safer, too.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Loud Music at All Hours
March 28, 2021Al hours of the day people turn on their car radios and crank up the volume. it’s so loud you can’t even hear my tv and I’m sitting in my own apartment. Management simply doesn’t seem to care! If you don’t like loud music at all hours this ain’t the place for you!!Review from Apartments.com
Too Many Kids
January 15, 2018For a small complex, the kids should not be able to have a run of the place like they did. It's why I moved out. It's why my neighbors are moving at the end of their lease. It's why another set of neighbors (with kids! that don't play in the complex) are looking into getting out of their lease. I'm not blaming kids, the parents are obviously at fault.Review from Apartments.com
