Our apartments are nestled in a favorite part of town. Spacious apartments with plenty of natural lighting and plenty of green space is what you will find here. Great Management Team and Very Well-Kept Apartments

These apartments are a great place to live. The units are very spacious, the rent is very reasonable, and the management team goes above and beyond in order to ensure that everything is in order. They are quick to respond to any issues that may arise, and they are very understanding people who genuinely care about their tenants. I enjoyed my time here, and I highly recommend checking it out.

My grandma lived in two different apartments here at Goldcoast over 19.5 years. She recently had to move into a place with more accommodations, and the team managing Goldcoast has been so very supportive and understanding with every aspect of her emerging needs. They know her by name, and we’re so easy to work with and understanding with our situation. These people have great character, something not found with corporately managed apartments. These people actually CARE.

Managers.

Goldcoast isn't a bad place to leave.but having managers not able to help you with fixing your place up .I'm personally the type of person like to keep up with the look of my apartment..from wear and tears from family and children they do not help ..even after hours can not help you put in maintenance order.im having the worst time trying to have things fix up that was caused by another person from up stairs and they won't explain when this will be done..I do not recommend for anyone to live in ...
these apartments because they will not help you with anything..

Quiet Community and Lots of Space

I found this community to be very pleasant and if your looking for a private and quiet neighborhood, this is the perfect place. The office staff is pleasant and easy to talk to about any situations you may have. Willing to work with you on personal issues, finances and other situations. I enjoy living here because my neighbors don't bother me just in passing a quick hello or good morning to all. Close to shopping mall and other dining places.
